1. How old do I have to be to use OnScribe?
You must have a credit card and be at least 13 years of age to use OnScribe. If you use a family package, you can have your parents sign up and then you can be any age.
2. What is the difference between the Basic and Family Package?
Both packages contain access to all the websites and services of OnScribe but the Family Package also offers 4 logins for the whole family. The master login also has a parental control feature to stop access select sites.
3. Do I need to remember passwords for all of these sites?
No, of course not. You only need your username and password to OnScribe, we handle all the logins to all of our partner websites for you.
4. Is OnScribe legal?
Yes, we are. We have agreements with all of our partners.
5. Can I try OnScribe for free?
Yes, our free trial offers complete access to all OnScribe services and partner websites.
6. Can I cancel my OnScription at any time?
Yes, simply call us or use our Contact Us form and we will confirm your cancellation back to you as per our Terms of Use.
